Time: 10 min.

Children and adults alike will love this bright and aromatic milk, which not only tastes better but is also much healthier thanks to the addition of fruit. Use frozen fruits and berries and enjoy the flavors of summer all year round! For smoothies, prepare a base—fruit puree—that can be stored in the refrigerator for several days and added little by little to your glass of milk.
