How to choose milk

Choosing milk seems easy, but it's not. The best milk is the kind that hasn't been exposed to air, as that causes oxidation. Whole milk is considered the starting point for all dairy products. Nothing is done to this milk except strain it. This is because, when milking, flies and small debris can be caught.

If it's evaporated, skimmed, or diluted, it's no longer considered whole milk. It's classified as drinking milk or a milk-containing product. High-quality whole milk can be found either on a farm or in the countryside. Stores will only carry standardized drinking milk, as fats and proteins have been artificially added to it. Also, drinks that reach store shelves after heat treatment are classified as ultra-pasteurized or pasteurized.

Whole milk contains vitamin B12, which aids in blood formation and is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system. This drink is also rich in proteins, fats, trace elements, and vitamins.

Milk can also be harmful to the human body. First, it can be an allergen. Another piece of information is that cow's milk can lead to type 1 diabetes. Whether or not to drink milk is a personal choice.
