There are approximately 700 known types of cheese: hard, soft, fermented, and processed. Made from cow's, sheep's, and, less commonly, goat's milk, cheeses contain nutrients that are 99% absorbed by the body. Cheeses also contain vitamins, calcium, and phosphorus.
It's hard to imagine breakfast without cheese; it's used in soups, salads, meat dishes, vegetable dishes, and many other dishes. All you have to do is choose; such a wide variety of cheeses, both domestic and imported, are available today.
