Cilantro adds a pleasant fresh note. If you don't like cilantro, you can substitute dill or parsley. The recipe is very simple, but you can even prepare the salmon ahead of time, brush it with the dressing, and bake it in the oven just before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs. (140 g each) skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, combine mustard, 1 tablespoon cilantro, mayonnaise, and maple syrup. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Spread the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
  • Step 3
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of cilantro and serve.
