Grilled salmon with glaze

Salmon is a fish whose flavor is often enjoyed even by those who simply dislike other fish. It doesn't shrink significantly after cooking, doesn't fall apart, or turn into an unpleasant mush. Salmon is packed with vitamins and energy, and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, essential for normal brain function and cardiovascular health. Try a new recipe for this fish. A citrus glaze will add an interesting and piquant flavor!
Ingredients:
Grilled salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (170g each, 2.5cm thick)
- Olive oil for greasing the grill
Citrus glaze
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. l. orange jam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Citrus glaze: Bring citrus juice, broth, garlic to a boil, orange jamCombine the soy sauce, vinegar, cane sugar, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir the sauce frequently to prevent burning and to help the sugar dissolve. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Step 2
- Light the grill.
Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil just before grilling, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the salmon for about 4 minutes per side, brushing the pieces with the glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
Step 3 - Place salmon pieces on serving plates and brush with remaining glaze before serving.
