Add an interesting and unique flavor to your fried salmon. This recipe's perfectly balanced blend of chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, salt, and black pepper creates a deliciously flavorful fish. Rub the fish with the mixture and grill or pan-fry. The brown sugar caramelizes, creating a delicious crust on the surface of the fish with a light caramel flavor that complements the pleasant heat of the chili and cumin. Be careful not to overcook the salmon; about 5 minutes per side will ensure tender, juicy, and not dry out.
