If you love iced tea cocktails, you'll love this invigorating version with vodka, mint, and ginger ale. Serve well-chilled with plenty of ice. This recipe makes 8 servings, so it's plenty for a crowd.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 tbsp of water
  • 1/4 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 tea bags
  • 2 cups ice cubes + extra for serving
  • 2 cups of vodka
  • 0.5 cup mint leaves + sprigs for garnish
  • 1 can of ginger ale

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, agave syrup, and sugar and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add 2 cups of ice cubes. Once the tea has cooled, add the vodka.
  2. Before serving, add a few ice cubes to each glass with 2-3 fresh mint leaves and stir. Add tea, filling the glasses three-quarters full, and top with ginger ale. Stir and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
