An alcoholic version of the Arnold Palmer cocktail with vodka. A favorite cocktail of the American golfer, it consists of black tea, lemon juice, and vodka, served with lemon slices and mint.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 cups of vodka
- 8 bags of black tea
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 6-8 lemons), plus a few lemon slices for serving
- Fresh mint for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the tea bags in a heatproof pitcher and pour 5 cups of boiling water over them. Let steep for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Pour half the tea into an ice cube tray and freeze for about 3 hours. Refrigerate the remaining tea.
- Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Add 1 cup of sugar syrup, lemon juice, 5 cups of cold water, and vodka to the cooled tea. Then add the iced tea cubes. Pour into glasses. Serve with lemon slices and mint leaves.
