All ingredients of this refreshing cocktail, including the grapes, should be very chilled to avoid diluting the rich flavor with ice. The sparkler is made with fresh grapes and vodka, sweetened with honey, and topped with rosé sparkling wine just before serving.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 900 g seedless red grapes + 1 cup sliced ​​grapes
  • 0.5 cup clover honey
  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup vodka, very cold
  • 1 bottle of pink sparkling wine, very cold

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine whole grapes, honey, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Blend in batches if necessary. Strain the grape mixture into a pitcher. Add vodka and sliced ​​grapes. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.
  2. Just before serving, add rosé wine and serve in red wine glasses.
