A spritzer, or schorle, is traditionally a cocktail made with wine and sparkling water. This drink is especially popular in Europe, where it's consumed primarily in the summer as a cool and refreshing cocktail. This recipe makes a more sophisticated version of the spritzer. Combine brandy, grape juice, lime juice, and chilled sparkling wine. Serve the cocktail in elegant champagne flutes, garnished with grapes. Since each ingredient has its own vibrant and unique flavor and aroma, mixing them together will create a truly sophisticated drink.
