The Caipirinha is a Brazilian relative of the Cuban Daiquiri, also distinguished by its wonderfully refreshing lime flavor. It's made with Brazilian cachaça, lime, and cane sugar. The flavor is summery, pleasantly balanced, and just the right amount of sweet and tart. Add a splash of soda and enjoy.
