Shaved ice is a refreshing dessert popular in Asia, South America, and the United States. It resembles a snowball drizzled with various syrups, sweet sauces, and condensed milk. Shaved ice is used for this dessert because, unlike crushed or crushed ice, it absorbs the syrups, turning into delicious, melt-in-your-mouth snow. On a hot day, treat yourself to this iced dessert flavored with green tea and lemon, optionally topped with Italian limoncello liqueur.
