Plain or sparkling mineral water (depending on your preference) is infused with apple slices and cinnamon sticks, infusing it not only with a magical flavor and aroma, but also with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It's best to drink the infused water within one day to reap the maximum benefits, and refrigerate a fresh portion daily.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place 2 thinly sliced apples and 4 cinnamon sticks in a pitcher. For still flavored water, add 2 liters of water (such as Perrier). For sparkling water, add 1 liter of seltzer water, let steep, and add another 1 liter before serving.
