This cocktail's name translates from English as "caramel delight," which you'll truly experience with every sip. It combines the stunning flavors of cream liqueur, butterscotch toffee liqueur, and spicy Jägermeister. This moderately sweet and spicy cocktail is perfect for a festive treat on New Year's or Christmas, and can even serve as a dessert.


Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 20 ml Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
  • 20 ml. DeKuyper Butterscotch liqueur or Butterscotch flavored schnapps
  • 15 ml. Jägermeister or anise liqueur
  • 15 ml. Goldschlager cinnamon-flavored schnapps
  • 15 ml of low-fat cream
  • Lemon zest
  • Raw sugar to coat the rim of the glass
  • A pinch of cinnamon
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Add Irish cream, Butterscotch, anise liqueur, schnapps, and heavy cream to a shaker with ice. Grate the lemon zest over the shaker. Shake well and set aside. Coat the rim of a martini glass with sugar by dipping it first in water, then in a saucer of raw sugar. Strain the drink into the glass. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
