This refreshing, tropical-flavored sparkling water will delight you on a hot summer day. This drink harmoniously blends the flavors of coconut, pineapple, and orange. Spicy notes of ginger further enhance its freshness. To make this non-alcoholic cocktail, create a fruit syrup using frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate and coconut water. Add it to glasses of unflavored sparkling water and serve with plenty of ice.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

- 1 can (340 g) frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 thin slices of ginger
- 0.5 tsp coconut extract
- 1 cup of sparkling water
- 2-4 tbsp syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a medium skillet, combine 12 ounces (340 g) of orange-pineapple juice concentrate, 1 cup (1 cup) of coconut water, and 3 thin slices of ginger; simmer over medium-high heat until syrupy, about 20 minutes. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon (0.5 ml) of coconut extract; let cool. Add sparkling water.
- For each serving of the drink, mix 2-4 tablespoons of syrup with 1 glass of cold sparkling water in a glass with ice.
