This incredibly refreshing no-bake pie is freezable and is reminiscent of classic American key lime pie, enhanced with coconut cream and chocolate. A store-bought crust made from crushed graham crackers is a great time-saver. Slice the pie straight from the freezer and serve immediately—the colder the better. Perfect for summer.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 can (425 g) coconut cream for drinks
  • 8 small limes (zest of 2 limes and juice of all limes, about 1 cup juice)
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust, 9" in diameter
  • 30 g dark chocolate

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Combine coconut cream, lime juice, and half the zest in a blender and blend until smooth. Spread the filling over the crust and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
  2. Place the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stirring, until melted and very runny. Dip a fork into the chocolate and drizzle it over the frozen pie.

  3. Sprinkle the remaining lime zest on top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze until the chocolate hardens, then slice and serve.
