This simple recipe is perfect for first-time pie-makers. It's made with just four ingredients and requires no baking: cookies are layered on a pie crust (use store-bought) and topped with whipped cream. After the pie sits in the refrigerator, the cookies will soak up the cream and become incredibly tender. This recipe uses Oreo cookies, but you can experiment with other flavors.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 ready-made chocolate chip cookie crust, 22 cm in diameter.
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies with cream filling

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Cut 10 chocolate sandwich cookies in half and arrange them in the bottom of the pie crust.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream and powdered sugar with a mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Pour the whipped cream over the cake layer and smooth it out with the back of a spoon, creating swirls on the surface.

  3. Crumble the remaining 5 cookies and sprinkle them over the pie. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to soften.
