One of the simplest and most delicious spinach side dish recipes. Using frozen spinach, you can enjoy its succulence year-round. The greens are simply warmed in melted cream cheese along with fried onions. A pinch of nutmeg adds a touch of interest to the creamy flavor, and for a brighter flavor, drizzle with lemon juice.
