This salad is great right after it's made, and even the next day. Toasted almonds, in addition to cucumber, add a crunchy touch. A few slices of clementine add a citrusy note, enhancing the flavor even further. For the same effect, you can marinate the chicken pieces in orange or teriyaki sauce. If desired, serve the salad wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 250 g tubetti or other small tube-shaped pasta
- 1 and 1/4 cups Greek yogurt, 2% fat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 grilled chicken
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and chop
- 8 cups mesclun salad mix

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Meanwhile, in a medium salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup water, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, dill, chives, and 2 teaspoons salt.
Remove the skin from the chicken and tear the meat into large pieces. Add it to the prepared dressing along with the celery and cucumber. Gently stir to combine the ingredients. - Shake off excess water from the pasta and add it to the chicken salad. Season with pepper and toss. Serve on a bed of mesclun greens.
