Try a lemonade-flavored dessert. This easy-to-make pie is sweet and tart, very refreshing, just like everyone's favorite summer drink. Made with store-bought crust, lemon sorbet, condensed milk, and heavy cream, even a teenager can make it! You can experiment with flavors and substitute any fruit sorbet for the lemon sorbet.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 tbsp. lemon sorbet
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust, 9" in diameter

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the sorbet in a medium microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted. Add the condensed milk and let cool.
  2. Place the cream in another medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until thick and falling in ribbons from the beaters (do not beat to soft peaks), 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Gently fold the thickened cream into the lemon sorbet mixture and spoon it onto the pie crust. Spread it into an even layer.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze until the filling is set, about 2 hours or overnight.
