A Spritzer (or Schorle) is a popular summer sparkling cocktail in Europe with a light flavor, made with wine and sparkling water. While the traditional Schorle lacks depth of flavor and is primarily intended to be refreshing, at home you can create a truly delicious drink with a whole bouquet of fruity notes. To make it, mix rosé wine with cranberry juice and freshly squeezed lime juice, add a little sugar, and chill. Just before serving, top the cocktail with sparkling water. The drink is very refreshing, invigorating, and full of complex flavor.
