Transform a light white wine into an even lighter cocktail, perfect for summer parties. A dry white wine, like Pinot Grigio, is mixed with citrusy sparkling water and served over ice with lemon and lime wedges. The taste is refreshing with a citrusy tartness. Serve with a straw.
