Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a non-metal bowl, stir together the lime juice and sugar until completely dissolved. Dip the rims of serving glasses in water, then in sugar. Combine the lime syrup and all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Serve in sugar-rimmed glasses, garnished with a lime wedge.
