Frozen strawberries, watermelon, and blue curaçao will transform your daiquiri into a truly vibrant fireworks display. Prepare three types of frozen cocktail (in different colors) separately and layer them in glasses so the colors don't mingle. This treat looks absolutely stunning!
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

- 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons white rum
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
White
- 1 tbsp. coconut sorbet
- 1/4 cup rum
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Blue
- 1/3 cup blue passion fruit liqueur
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 2 tbsp. l. blue curacao liqueur
- 2 tablespoons white rum
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. ice cubes

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Red layer:
Place frozen strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, rum, sugar, and ice in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water. Transfer to a large measuring cup or small bowl and freeze while you prepare the next layer. - White layer:
Rinse the blender and add coconut sorbet, rum, lime juice, and ice. Blend until thick and smooth. Transfer to another large measuring cup or bowl and freeze while you prepare the final layer. - Blue layer:
Rinse the blender and add passionfruit liqueur, lime juice, blue curaçao, rum, sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Spoon the red layer into the bottom of six 8-ounce glasses, about 1/3 cup each. Carefully spoon 1/3 cup of the white layer on top of the red layer, ensuring they don't mix. Finally, spoon 1/3 cup of the blue layer on top of the second layer in each glass.
