Fresh raspberries and blackberries liven up these simple red wine and soda cocktails. Simply pour a splash of Italian wine over the berries and let them steep for a few minutes, then top with sparkling water before serving. The berries add a richer flavor to the spritzer and give it a playful, summery look.
