Spritzer cocktail

How to Make a Spritzer Cocktail
Kitchen:Italian,
Time: 10 minutes plus ice freezing time
Complexity: easily

Transform dry white wine into sparkling wine simply by adding sparkling water. Your drink will be lighter, more refreshing, and more fun, and best of all, it'll double in volume! Perfect for parties, especially summer ones. To make the spritzer even more appealing, top it off with beautiful ice cubes of frozen orange and lemon zest.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a small bowl, combine the citrus zests. Spread the zests evenly among the ice cube trays, cover with water, and freeze for 3-5 hours.
  • Step 2
  • In a large pitcher, combine wine with sparkling water and ice cubes with citrus zest. Stir and serve.

Wine may vary depending on the country of origin. Choose a young, lighter, drier, and paler wine – it will offer a refreshing aroma of green apple and lemon.
