This no-cook relish is made with chopped cranberries, pomegranate seeds, nuts, and fresh herbs, and is seasoned with pomegranate molasses and honey. If you can't find fresh cranberries, substitute frozen ones, thawed first. This sweet and tart relish makes a wonderful accompaniment to roasted meats or baked turkey.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g cranberries (thaw frozen ones)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 0.5 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped unsalted pistachios
  • 2 tsp pomegranate molasses

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, and honey in a food processor and chop finely. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add pomegranate seeds, mint, parsley, pistachios, pomegranate molasses, and a pinch of salt and stir. Let sit for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
