This Italian treat is distinguished by just three ingredients, easy preparation without an ice cream maker, and tons of fun. To freeze the granita, mix pomegranate juice with a small amount of orange juice and sugar to taste. This dessert is incredibly healthy if made with 100% natural juices. The liquid is frozen in the freezer and then scraped with a fork, turning into an easy-to-eat, snow-like mass. The flavor of pomegranate granita is invigorating, perfect for enjoying in the summer heat or refreshing your taste buds after a hearty dinner.
