- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Cranberry Granita
- 150 g cranberries, about 1.5 tbsp.
- 2 tbsp of water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp lime zest

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the water, cranberries, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the berries begin to burst, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Puree with an immersion blender or in a food processor for 1 minute. Pass the mixture through a sieve directly into a 9-inch metal saucepan. Don't force the pulp into the sieve; simply allow the juice to drip through the holes in the sieve.
Add the zest and stir. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours or overnight. Once frozen, scrape the mixture with a fork until it resembles snow. - Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until granite It won't melt completely. Pour into a martini glass. Serve immediately.
