Stir the frozen coffee mixture, flavored with liqueur, until it becomes wet snow.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine coffee, sugar, coffee liqueur, and vanilla and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a 23x33 cm pan.
Place in the freezer for an hour, until the edges of the mixture begin to harden. Stir the mixture with a fork every 30 minutes to prevent it from hardening into a uniform mass; the mixture should resemble snow.
Wrap the pan in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. - Spoon the granita into bowls or martini glasses and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
