For a beautiful end to a romantic dinner, serve this light coffee panna cotta in martini glasses. This dessert has a truly Italian elegance and is incredibly easy to make—just give it time to set in the refrigerator. It's best to make the panna cotta a day in advance, and just before serving, garnish each serving with coarse shavings of white and dark chocolate.
