Grape Vanilla Sparkling Water

This recipe makes a delicious drink syrup that's easy to store in the refrigerator and dilute with unflavored sparkling water when needed to enjoy the unique flavor combination of grapes and vanilla. The syrup is made using grape juice concentrate, which is boiled down with vanilla extract until it forms a syrupy consistency. The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 325 g frozen black grape juice concentrate, thawed
- 0.5 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup of sparkling water
- 2 - 4 tbsp syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine grape juice concentrate with 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium saucepan; cook over medium-high heat until syrupy, about 10 minutes. Stir in another 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; let cool. Top with club soda.
- For each serving of the drink, mix 2-4 tablespoons of syrup with 1 glass of cold sparkling water in a glass with ice.
