Add thin slices of grapefruit to a pitcher of water and quench your thirst throughout the day, getting your fill of vitamins, antioxidants, and a positive mood boost. Plus, the water tastes delicious and is even more refreshing. Those who enjoy carbonated drinks can infuse grapefruit with seltzer water. Once the water has steeped, remove the old grapefruit slices and add fresh ones to the pitcher.
