Instead of juices and fruit drinks, opt for fruit-infused water. It's the best thirst quencher in summer, rich in vitamins, and contains no added sugar. You can make it sparkling or still. The combination of orange and raspberry gives the water a refreshing citrus-berry flavor. Store the infused water in a pitcher in the refrigerator and enjoy it throughout the day for its health benefits.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place 1 thinly sliced orange and 2 cups of lightly crushed raspberries in a pitcher. Add 2 liters of pure water for a still version. If you prefer sparkling water, add 1 liter of seltzer water during preparation and another 1 liter just before serving.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the fruit to infuse the water. Stir well and strain, discarding the spent fruit. To serve, add fresh orange slices and raspberries to the water, along with plenty of ice. Infused water can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days..
