Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the frozen raspberries in a blender with sugar and puree. You may have to wait a while, as frozen berries are very hard and difficult to blend.
Place 1-2 teaspoons of raspberry puree in each glass, top with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and a layer of cookie crumbs. - Top the cookies with another layer of yogurt, then raspberry puree, and finally, another layer of crumbs.
This dessert can be made the day before. In that case, add the final layer of cookies just before serving, leaving a layer of yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap.
