The beauty of these bars is their simplicity and the ability to enjoy their rich strawberry flavor year-round, as they're baked with strawberry jam. The bars are made with a quick dough made from oatmeal, butter, flour, and brown sugar. This dough also serves as the topping, and the center is filled with a thick layer of strawberry jam. After baking, let the bars set and cut them into square bars. They're perfect for snacking on the go or for wrapping up for school.
