S'mores are a beloved combination of graham crackers, melting chocolate, and toasted, chewy marshmallows. These bars have all of that, plus chunks of caramel and a thick pie crust topped with a deliciously baked s'more. The dessert is baked as a whole pie, and once set, it's sliced into individual bars. This treat is sure to please both kids and adults.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a small baking sheet with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper, allowing a 2-inch overhang on the long sides. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine all the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter, brown sugar, and honey for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Gradually fold in the flour mixture and knead the dough.
- Stir in 3 cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup chocolate chips, all of the caramel pieces, and half of the graham cracker pieces into the batter.
- Place the batter on the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the remaining 1 cup marshmallows, and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate to set the pie and make slicing easier. Cut into bars, carefully peeling off the parchment, before serving.
