S'mores are a beloved combination of graham crackers, melting chocolate, and toasted, chewy marshmallows. These bars have all of that, plus chunks of caramel and a thick pie crust topped with a deliciously baked s'more. The dessert is baked as a whole pie, and once set, it's sliced ​​into individual bars. This treat is sure to please both kids and adults.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 and 1/4 cups premium flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 110 g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup caramel pieces
  • 14 graham crackers, broken into small pieces

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a small baking sheet with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper, allowing a 2-inch overhang on the long sides. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter, brown sugar, and honey for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; beat until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Gradually fold in the flour mixture and knead the dough.
  4. Stir in 3 cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup chocolate chips, all of the caramel pieces, and half of the graham cracker pieces into the batter.
  5. Place the batter on the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the remaining 1 cup marshmallows, and bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate to set the pie and make slicing easier. Cut into bars, carefully peeling off the parchment, before serving.
