The main ingredient of these soft bars is American Samoa cookies, made with coconut, caramel, and chocolate. In this dessert, the cookies are used as a topping, layered with condensed milk, chopped pecans, chocolate chips, and extra coconut on a crust made of crushed graham crackers. These soft, chewy cookies with a chewy filling and crunchy nuts will delight everyone.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 and 1/4 tbsp. graham crackers
  • 165 g butter
  • 1 can (400 g) of condensed milk with sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang; spray with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers with 6 ounces melted butter; spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly.
  2. Pour 1 can (400g) of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Sprinkle with 0.5 cups of chocolate chips, 0.5 cups of sweetened coconut flakes, chopped Samoa cookies (1 box, 200g), and 1 cup of chopped pecans. Gently press into the condensed milk.

  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into pieces.
