Harry Potter fans and those who simply enjoy the crunch of delicious breadsticks with a cheesy crust will love this appetizer. These sticks are made from store-bought dough. Twist some of them into wands, and cut others at one end to create brooms. Bake, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and serve with any dipping sauce. The perfect treat for watching your favorite movies!

Form sticks from chilled breadstick dough. Flatten the breadsticks and cut each lengthwise into 2-3 thin strips. To make brooms, snip the bottom edge with scissors and twist the top to create a stick with a broom. To make wands, dip the ends of the dough in a beaten egg with paprika, then twist. Place the brooms and wands on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake at 190°C (350°F) until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
