Recipes with similar ingredients: cheese, salted straws, whole grain mustard
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut each piece of cheese in half to create two smaller sticks. Working one at a time, make four vertical slits on one end of each cheese stick, stopping about 2 cm from the top. Roll the cheese so the slits aren't parallel to the cutting board and make two or three more slits to create the bristles of the broom. Press a straw into the whole end of the cheese stick to create the broom handle. Tie the broom together with a piece of green onion. Assemble the remaining brooms in the same manner.
- Spread the mustard randomly across the bottom of a black or white plate. Place the whisks vertically as if sweeping up the mustard.
