Recipe for a champagne appetizer made with goat cheese wrapped in dry-cured ham.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 g soft goat cheese with white mold in the form of a log
- 250 g dry-cured ham, thinly sliced
- 500 g of field lettuce (corn lettuce or valerianella)
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt, ground black pepper
- 1 liter of chilled champagne
- 10 strawberries

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Lay the dry-cured ham slices on a work surface in a rectangular shape, overlapping them slightly. Place the cheese in the center and wrap it in the ham. Cut the roll into portions about 0.5 cm thick.
- Sort the field lettuce, rinse, and pat dry. Dress with olive oil and vinegar, season with pepper, and toss gently. Serve the appetizer on a bed of lettuce. Wash the berries, cut them into quarters (stems included), and arrange them in a deep bowl. Pour the champagne into glasses and serve with strawberries and the appetizer.
