This incredibly easy appetizer can be served to guests or quickly whipped up for yourself while you're preparing the main meal. It's also a great way to use up the trimmed ends of potatoes that aren't suitable for your dish. Top a baked potato slice with a little sour cream, some grated cheese, and a pinch of crumbled bacon and green onions. The flavor combination is perfect, but the possibilities are endless.
