This easy-to-make appetizer will be a hit at your house party. It's filling, delicious, and easy to eat with your hands in just a few bites. It's made with uncooked sausage (minced sausage), grated cheddar, and self-rising flour (or baking mix). Mix everything together, form the mixture into balls, and bake in the oven. To ensure the balls are juicy and deliciously firm, it's important to use freshly grated cheese, not the pre-grated kind. Serve with skewers.
