Watermelon can be cut into French fry-sized sticks and served with dipping sauce. This won't be a sweet dessert, but a truly spicy Mexican-style appetizer that will captivate with its unusual combination of flavors. Sprinkle the watermelon sticks with chili powder, cumin, and ground coriander and serve with sour cream mixed with lime juice and zest. The natural sweetness of the watermelon and the smooth sour cream soften the flavor of the spices, making them less pungent.
