This watermelon and arugula salad makes a delicious appetizer that's sure to please on a hot summer day. For the base, slice a watermelon disc into triangles and arrange them into a circle. Top with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. You can make your own by reducing balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- RefuelingIn a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture has reduced by half and thickened.
