This incredibly easy-to-make appetizer looks impressive when served and is sure to please all your guests. Thin breadsticks are wrapped in slices of prosciutto, sprinkled with sharp Parmesan cheese, and baked until the ham is crispy. Serve with wine, beer, or simply as a snack while you wait for dinner.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix grated Parmesan with cayenne pepper. Wrap each breadstick with a slice of prosciutto, then sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and serve immediately.
