These crispy breadsticks are made from baguette and can be served as an appetizer with dipping sauces. Simply slice the baguette into sticks, brush with butter mixed with fresh herbs, and bake until golden brown. For a more vibrant flavor, use several types of herbs.


Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed herbs
  • Parmesan cheese
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Cut the baguette in half crosswise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4 sticks.
  • Step 2
  • For toppingSauté 3 tablespoons of chopped red onion in 4 tablespoons of butter until the onion is soft. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of chopped mixed herbs. Brush the bread with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.
