French toast is great because it can be served for breakfast or as a quick homemade dessert. This recipe makes your dessert even more elegant! Between two slices of brioche, soaked in a sweet and spicy egg custard, lies a layer of lemon curd and fresh berries. Dust the French toast with powdered sugar before serving.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Spread lemon curd on 4 thick slices of brioche bread, top with berries, such as blueberries, and then another slice of bread. Press down, dip in the Perfect French Toast egg mixture, and fry, then bake as directed. Dust with powdered sugar.
Egg Mix for Perfect French Toast
In a shallow bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk or light cream, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of salt.
,- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, fry the French toast until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side, adding more butter as needed.
- Transfer the French toast to a baking sheet and bake until puffed, 8 to 10 minutes.
