This sophisticated yet easy-to-make Mediterranean-inspired appetizer will be a hit with all your guests. Baguette slices are topped with Brie cheese and toasted in the oven to create a creamy texture and crispy bread. Each crostini is then drizzled with a drop of honey and garnished with prosciutto ribbons. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, if desired, for a delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced ​​diagonally into 0.5 cm thick slices (about 40 slices)
  • 220 g of Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 110 g thin slices of prosciutto, cut into 0.8 cm wide strips (about 6 slices)
  • Finely chopped fresh thyme leaves, for serving (optional)
Substituting ingredients

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to grill mode. Line a baking sheet with foil.

    Place baguette slices on the prepared baking sheet. Cut the Brie into 0.5 cm thick slices and place one slice on each baguette slice. Toast in the oven until the cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.
