Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, cut diagonally into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- 220 g Brie cheese
- 110 g thin slices of prosciutto (about 6 pieces), cut crosswise into 1 cm wide strips.
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 tbsp chopped chives

- Preheat the oven to broil. Place baguette slices on a foil-lined baking sheet. Slice the brie cheese into 0.5 cm thick slices and place one on top of each slice of bread. Grill until the cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Step 2
- Top each cheese toast with some prosciutto, a spoonful of apricot jam and a sprinkle of chives.
